Workflo

Workflo sits in the macOS menu bar and watches three things: the clock, your calendar, and the displays you plug in. Ahead of a call or a focus block it opens the apps you need and lays the windows out; dock or undock and every window goes back where it was, in under a second, per the site. A cancelable countdown runs before anything moves, so windows never rearrange behind your back, and a hotkey summons a Scene whenever you want one.

Scenes are named presets belonging to a Desk, drawn on a canvas where you drag and resize windows into place, with dual-monitor layouts, launch placement for apps you open later, and per-app rules. The privacy story is the sharp edge: Accessibility permission only, never Screen Recording, no account, no cloud, and Desks and Scenes kept as plain JSON files on your own Mac. Calendar access is requested only at the moment you add a calendar trigger. The trial runs a week and takes no card.
