Macro

Macro puts email, channels, docs, tasks, calls, file storage, and a CRM behind one backend, so a task can @link the message that created it and a doc can pull in the email it came from. The company built it because Slack, Linear, Notion, and HubSpot never added up to one system for them, and they ran their own 15-person team on it for two years before publishing the code. The mail surface is keyboard-first and triages several Google accounts in a single list, with contact and company objects sitting right there instead of in a separate CRM. Agents are treated as members rather than add-ons: they read the same graph and share a team-level memory. It is written in Rust and SolidJS under AGPL-3.0, and the hosted app is at macro.com.
