Whyline

In an unfamiliar codebase you hit a line and think: why on earth is it written this way. git blame gives you the last person to touch it and stops there. Whyline takes a selected line and stitches together the pull request that introduced it, the review comments, the issue discussion, and related commits into a single timeline, so what someone was trying to fix reads back in order. The trade it proposes is a small one: spend five seconds on context before you touch a line, instead of deleting it on a hunch and finding out in production.
