Skyline Co-op

Skyline Co-op keeps the SimTower shape and replaces its economics. The tower belongs to the people who live and work in it, and you are not the landlord but the steward they elected, holding the treasury in trust. The score is Confidence rather than profit, and it climbs when residents are housed, can get around, can see a doctor, have somewhere to gather, and can still afford to stay.

Homes come off a waitlist instead of being sold, and dues sit in bands: a reduced rate houses far more people, a full share fills the treasury while pricing people out. Every quarter an assembly votes on the major works you propose, can hand you a mandate with a deadline, and can vote you out if confidence rots long enough. You still drag out floors, elevators, sky lobbies, canteens and co-op workspaces, and fires still spread. It runs free in the browser, with a signed and notarized Mac build for Apple silicon and the source published on GitHub.
