I Have ADHD is a skill you attach to a coding agent, and what it changes is how much the agent says. Side explanations, restated context and the padding around an answer get cut first, leaving the part you can act on at the top. The premise is that a long answer is not extra information for someone with ADHD, it is noise. Nothing about what the agent can do changes here; only the length and the ordering of what comes back.
