CodeAlmanac

Code records what a system does, not why it ended up that way. The decisions behind a structure, the order in which things have to be touched, the invariants nobody is allowed to break, the pitfalls waiting for the next person: none of that survives in source files. CodeAlmanac is a codebase wiki for exactly that layer. It is written to be read by AI coding agents as much as by people. The wiki hooks into workflows a team already runs, and adding or retrieving an insight happens through a plain interface. Developers, team leads, and organizations end up with the project's reasoning in one retrievable place instead of only in people's heads.
