Tinycast is a macOS launcher built on SwiftUI and AppKit with zero third-party dependencies, no Electron and no telemetry. One global hotkey brings up a palette that searches apps, files through Spotlight, clipboard history for both text and images, snippets, notes, emoji and your Apple Shortcuts, and it does math with unit and live currency conversion inline. Window management covers 34 Rectangle-style actions, and the next calendar meeting sits on the empty palette with one key to join it.
It also runs Raycast extensions you already have, rendered as native SwiftUI, and can import a Raycast setup. AI chat and the quick actions on selected text use your own key and ship turned off. Installation is a Homebrew cask, the project is free and open source, and it describes its own memory use as staying under 100 MB.
