Fading Maize was a college band in 2001, and the songs it never finished are the raw material here. The originals get rebuilt with current AI tools into 2026 versions, with the texture of the early recordings left intact. The music page puts both takes next to each other and slides between them, and each track carries the context around it. Where AI touched the production, the design and the strategy, the project says so out loud, and consent and provenance are written down as principles it holds itself to.
