Wild Static is one AI, called Static, with a single memory that every visitor shares: say something to it, it answers what catches it, and it remembers what you did to it. The site says that memory has never been reset, so the conversation is cumulative and public rather than per-user. Replies run on paid models funded through a public pool anyone can top up, and the project is by Adam Hutchinson at Plural Matter Ltd.
