Pieces slide into place until an illustration and the haiku written across it are both complete. The puzzles are meant to be pretty and slow rather than hard, which is why the maker pulled this one out of The Daily Baffle, his other puzzle site, where everything is built to be difficult. Haikus are written by hand, worked up from long lists of nature images and metaphor angles, while the artwork comes from Gemini and ChatGPT. The detail he singles out is the window-through-fog effect that lets the board show through. It is a static React app on Render with no backend.
