Most mobile RPGs come down to mashing skill buttons. Glyphcast asks you to draw instead: a triangle traced on the screen throws fire, a circle raises a shield, and in the middle of a fight the accuracy and speed of that stroke decides how hard the spell lands. Learning a new rune means building the muscle memory for it, so your casting gets sharper in a way that belongs to you rather than to a stat sheet. Runes chain, and chaining them cleanly is where the combos come from. It is an action RPG about what your fingers can manage under pressure.
