ECC is a performance layer that sits on top of coding agents, Claude Code, Codex, Opencode and Cursor among them. It bundles skills, instincts, memory, security and a research-first development order into one configuration rather than leaving each agent to be tuned separately. The target is teams who want their agents to respond faster and more reliably without loosening security standards. Not being tied to any single agent is the premise the whole system is built on.
