DeskcommCRM is a CRM for businesses that sell over chat, built so that AI agents answer customers on WhatsApp, qualify the lead and move the deal along the pipeline, with every step logged. It runs on your own server under the MIT license, with no paid edition and no per-user monthly fee, and positions itself as an open alternative to Kommo, Octadesk and Intercom. The stack is Next.js and TypeScript on Supabase. WhatsApp connects through WAHA or Meta's official channel, and the AI side accepts an OpenRouter, Anthropic or OpenAI key.

Installation targets a Docker VPS with about 4 GB of RAM: an installer asks for the domain, keys and admin password, validates each answer, and can create the Supabase project itself when given an access token. The project was developed in partnership with HostGator, which ships a one-command setup kit, and the docs come in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
