TeXbrain

TeXbrain is a free and open-source LaTeX editor that runs in a browser tab: open it and write, with live preview, packages pulled on demand, and git integration. The author built it after writing a thesis and finding that online editors put git sync behind a paywall while local installs broke between machines. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account to make, because the compile happens on your side rather than on someone's server.
