ISOPOLIS renders San Francisco as one giant isometric pixel painting. You pan across the city block by block, open guided tours, and can even send a postcard from inside the map. Neighborhood boundaries come from DataSF and the base map builds on OpenStreetMap data, so the pixel city stays anchored to the real one. It is part map, part artwork, and an easy way to lose half an hour wandering a city you thought you knew.
