Bessatsu

Bessatsu means 'separate volume' in Japanese, and the site is split accordingly. The main magazine is a free webzine covering webtoons, manga and anime.

The separate volume carries original visual series made by the operator. An issue runs to at least fifteen images, and what opens without a subscription is the first six, the same cuts the home page hero shows. Everything from the seventh image to the ending, along with unwatermarked originals, subscriber-only video and the full back catalogue, sits behind a five dollar monthly subscription. Every series is built on original characters and settings rather than derivative fan work.
